mmm try this tiramisu recipe.

Indulgent Tiramisu

3 large eggs whites,at room temperature

2/3 cup of sugar

3 tablespoons cold water

1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar

1/2 cup of mascarpone cheese

1/2 cup 2% Greek yogurt

4 ounces of neufchatel cheese at room temperature

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

3/4 cup strong espresso

22 lady fingers

1 teaspoon of regular or Hershey's special dark cocoa powder

1.bring.about 2" of water to a simmer in a medium pot or double boiler
.combine the egg whites,sugar,cold water, and cream of tartar in a medium heatproof bowl that will fit over the pot or in the top of the double boiler. place the bowl over the pot or double boiler. beat for 4 minutes using an electric mixer on low speed. increase the the speed to high and beat 4 minutes longer,or until very thick. remove the bowl from the pot or double boiler. beat for another 4 minutes, or until the mixture is very light and fluffy.

2. place. the mascarpone ,yogurt, neufchatel, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. using the same beaters,beat until creamy. add 1 cup of the egg-white mixture and beat until smooth. gradually fold in the remaining egg-white mixture.


3.pour. the espresso into a shallow bowl. dip 7 ladyfingers in the espresso and arrange at the bottom of a 2 1/2 -quart square baking dish.top with one third of the mascarpone mixture. repeat twice, ending with a layer of mascarpone. break the extra lady fingers into pieces to fill any holes in the top lady finger layer. dust with the cocoa powder.cover and refrigerate for a at least 4 hours and up to 3 days before serving.

what i have been up too...

here lately ive been calling everywhere for jobs hopefully soon I'll get one . I'm also trying my hardest to look up driving lessons, good lord knows nobody wants me on the road if I'm not safely prepared good lord. I will soon be trying to go to college not sure where i want to go maybe a community college or something, like beauty school or something. I don't know ill figure it out soon, i hope..Two months ago I just turned 20 I'M STILL FREAKING OUT!! THIS YEAR ILL BE 21 HOLY MACARONI. worst part is I feel like im getting older and i don't wanna. So here lately I've literally have noticed that all my friends except maybe 3 have kids or married or both. ugh did i miss the memo or something. I don't think I did.. don't really know for sure but its is seriously freaking me out. buts it's amazing, god granted something so amazing and im happy for my friends.

WE HAVE A VISITOR...???

Apparently we have a new visitor in our house.

a couple weeks ago my little brother saw the sun light coming thru our front door. he liked how it was shining thru so being tyler he took a a pic of it with his phone. when he was done he said he didnt bother looking at the pic.. a couple hours later he was going thru the photos on his phone and he found the pic he took only a few hours earlier looked like this!!!


pretty scary huh!!! it cant be any of us . my mom wasn't here, i was asleep and were girls you can obviously tell its a guy . its not Tyler,Daniel was asleep and Jonathon was in another state so who is is it then.

what's going on now!!!

Well here lately I've thought maybe I should go to job corps. Its a government thing you can go there and learn a trade and afterwords they give u about 1200 bucks and help you get a job but to be totally honest theres a catch, theres a waiting list and just for you to get a chance it takes about a year or half a year just to get a chance.. I'm 19 years old I still live with my mom... which isnt a bad thing I just want dont want to sit around the house or clean it because I've got nothing else to do ... So here i am making a commiment the first thing on my list is get a job , then the next while i still have my job I'm going to start learning to drive being 19 now and 20 in just two months I've got to GET A GAME PLAN OR SOMETHING. Then the 3rd thing I'm going to do is take a part in some kind of bills and save money up to buy a used car.. and while I'm doing all this I'm going to go college ... so I hope I'm doing this the right way I've got to start doing this grown up stuff....so i am.

How Hard Is It To Find A Job!!!

Remember when all those times our mothers took us to a store and we saw something that we really wanted and we would tell them...whats the one word they always tell you?GET A JOB!! I'm recently a high school graduate and I've been applying all around where i live for jobs its so ridiculous and when i go to the places that I've applied for there's people in there who can never get it right and that's probally the people they want. my second oldest brother is helping me and our mom with getting a job at wal mart. If i do get the job i want to be able to work during the day and my mom wants to be able to work at night which means less customers. some of my friends are always blaming it on the goverment which i belive is the source of the promblem.people i know are losing there business and are now going jobless. ugh i just wish america would get back on its feet again...

bragg ghost road!! ohhh spooky!!

I Have a question..? Have you ever heard of place called Bragg ghost road? I Have, the first time i ever heard of it was from my old friend Evonne. The road was built over a railroad track back in the 1900's . I've heard that the saratoga ghost light was from a hunter who was killed in woods,a girl being raped,a man lost his head and he carries a lantern and wonders up and down the road looking for it, many stories. there is to be told that there is a Spanish grave yard and all the men were killed by there boss and there buried there. I've been to the ghost road about five times the first time i went i saw the light,and let me tell you it was pretty scary. i wasn't scared it was just weird to see something that amazing. i went three more times and didn't really see nothing, last time i went and i swear that on my grave that something looked like a person but had a big bump almost in its back and the color looked like a clear cloudy foggy thing. It came out of the woods and crossed the road my moms boyfriend just happen to see it go into the woods in the corner of his eyes and he believes me. my brothers have gone out there and seen it as well. also there friends. I've learned that people all over come to see it they travel from Dallas,from Galveston,from Florida you name it. i posted a picture of from when i went and i'm going to post a link to the video from other peoples experience.

A Plus Sized Girl In A "0" sized world....

How Hard Do you think it is to lose weight? For me it's hard you get that point of encouragement and you start to work out then it fills like you have the whole world on your shoulders and then fall back into old habits. I have a hard time losing weight because i want to see results in two weeks and i know it doesn't work that way but i lose encouragement fast and i stop working out. I start thinking that theres no point to working out and start eating junk food, drinking sodas,being lazy around the house, thats an habit i have that, i really do need to get rid of. I'm very weird about things i know its very good to sweat when you work out but i cant stand being hot,i hate going outside period. i think for now im going to take my purple tiger pills so that i can have the energy to clean house and maybe i will go out to my garadge to work out ... i need advice how to avoid the bad foods/liquids ... but i dont know how too.
